Paul Caddick established Balne Lane Construction specialising in Civil Engineering on 6th July a subsidiary of Paul Caddick (Holdings) PLC.

Caddick Construction became the owners of Leeds Rhinos R.L.F.C

Caddick Construction incorporated Caddick Civil Engineer to widen the company's diversity. The civils arm delivers diverse and complex high-quality projects in various sectors. The company's areas of expertise include; site clearance, remediation and earthworks, Section 38, 104, 278, and 62 works, foundations, reinforced concrete works, and groundwork, enabling us to provide a single source service to our clients.
2016
Caddick Construction opened an office in Warrington as part of its growth strategy.

Caddick Group celebrate 40 years of success at Emerald Headingley Stadium.
2022
Caddick has appointed Paul Dodsworth as the new Construction Group Managing Director to be head of Caddick Construction and its subsidiaries.
October 2022
Caddick acquired the assets and intellectual property rights to Speedpanel from façade specialists Speedclad, which went into administration in August.
June 2023
Caddick Construction Group opened new premises in Birmingham, marking the business’ expansion into the Midlands following the appointment of Ray O’Sullivan as Regional Director.
