Caddick to deliver work on new housing development in Pocklington

Caddick Civil Engineering has been enlisted to undertake a £2.72 million project in Pocklington.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council has given planning permission for 99 residential homes to be built adjacent to land where a new doctors’ surgery will be developed.

Caddick Civil Engineering will complete construction of a new bridge across Pocklington Beck and install all new road and sewer systems. Caddick will also construct all foundations for the housing plots up to floor level including all external works and services on the five acre site.

Jamie Stephenson, Caddick Civil Engineering contracts manager, explained: “We are looking forward to getting to work on this project with Linden Homes in Pocklington. We’ve completed a number of projects with Linden Homes and it’s great to keep developing our relationship.”

The development will be completed in 2015.
