Design and construction of a new 27,000 sq ft banqueting, conferencing and exhibition facility for Leeds United Football Club. The design of the new building is integrated with some of the existing bar and toilet facilities that required part demolition of the existing building, with a full refurbishment of the existing facilities that remained.
