The redevelopment of the existing shopping centre was carried out in phases keeping a “live” shopping centre and new store in operation, whilst the demolition and construction works continued. The new shopping centre is a 2 and 3 storey steel frame building consisting of various external finishes including roof and wall cladding, architectural masonry, rain screen cladding, roof glazing, planar glazing and curtain walling.
