Liverpool Shopping Park, Liverpool

Caddick Construction were appointed to complete the design and build of Liverpool Shopping Park which will total 727,000 sq ft of mixed-use commercial development and comprise 41 retail units, parking for 1500 cars and a number of leisure units. The project is split in two phases, Phase 1 of the scheme incorporates the redevelopment of three sites along Edge Lane. Phase 2 of the scheme will incorporate speculative retail units as well as leisure units.
