Construction has appointed Mark Lambkin as Construction Director for the East Midlands in a strategic move to bolster the contractor’s presence as it targets a growing project pipeline across the region.\n\nMark joins the business from Bowmer & Kirkland following a 13-year tenure progressing from project management to the role of Senior Contracts Manager, overseeing major works across the North West and Midlands.\n\nBringing over three decades of experience to Caddick, Mark entered the industry through a City & Guilds apprenticeship in Sheffield, progressing to site management on a range of residential and retail fit-out projects.\n\nIn his new role, Mark will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion with a remit spanning the full construction and development lifecycle.
