The outstanding development Moda, New York Square, SOYO, Leeds has been awarded ' Residential Project of the Year' at the Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber Awards. The scheme included the construction of two c shaped built-to-rent blocks with 515 high-quality apartments and two commercial units on the ground floor.

The outstanding development of Hudson Quarter in York by Caddick Construction has been awarded the Constructing Excellence award at the Yorkshire Property Awards 2021. The scheme included the construction of three concrete-framed residential blocks across 127 luxury apartments, grade-A office and other commercial space.
