Social Value Manager (Yorkshire)

Debbie has over 20 years’ of experience in the construction industry and has been with Caddick Construction for 13 years.

Debbie is responsible for ensuring Caddick Construction makes a positive impact on the areas in which it works; ensuring social value commitments are achieved on all our projects, working closely with the local councils, education providers as well as charities, and social enterprises.

Also, our Considerate Constructor Scheme Champion for the North East, Debbie works closely with our site teams and the scheme to ensure we maximise our score and continue our above-industry average score.

Debbie enjoys camping with her family and friends during the summer months (fair weather camper).
