Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. 

Michelle’s role is to act as the facilitator of the commitments made in our tender documents to ensure client satisfaction and continued relationships going forward.  Michelle will also be creating links between Caddick and the community, raising positive awareness of the organisation's commitment to sustainable social responsibility.
