Paul started his career in construction in 1983 as an Apprentice Bricklayer progressing to his current position having delivered major projects for blue chip clients across the UK.

Responsible for all construction group activities, Paul's practical approach and focused attention to delivery ensure Caddick successfully delivers safe and high-quality projects for clients time and time again. 

Paul is married to Nicola and together have 5 grown-up children and two grandchildren.
