Ray started his career in construction in 1996 as an undergraduate Engineer, progressing to his current position after delivering numerous projects across the Midlands over the past 25 years.

Responsible for the Midlands construction business unit, Ray’s people-led approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving, ensure a long-term focused engagement with his customers.

Ray is married to Anne and together have 2 teenage daughters.
