There is the perception amongst employers that too many young people enter the world of work lacking ‘employability skills’ as young people tend to have little or no understanding of their path to work or a range of jobs and entry routes available to them.

Caddick Construction on all its projects work with the local education providers to offer students career talks, site visits, mentoring, work experience and work with ‘Your Future’s’ Future Works to provide opportunities for young people on a shared apprenticeship basis.
