Senior Site Manager - Birmingham

Overview

The Senior Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the specific site. You would oversee the day to day construction activities and supervise site staff. You would also need to ensure that construction is completed safely and efficiently. Projects could include Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing and Logistics and typcially range from 10-50 Million. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating site preparation, ensuring all required facilities are established before the project starts.

• Collaborating with the onsite team which would typically include subcontractors, engineers, and management. This is to ensure all on site activies are managed properly. 

• Be responsible for enforcing HSEQS protocols on site consistently. 

Several years of Site Management experience across Residential, Commercial, or Industrial construction is essential for this role. It is also essential that this person is able to work in and around Birmingham full time.
