Caddick celebrates 5 years as CCS Partner

Caddick Construction has received a coveted certificate from the national Considerate Constructors' Scheme in recognition of five years as a contractor and supplier partner.

Our scores have been consistently improving over the last five years, and now stand 12% higher than in 2018 - moving from an average score of 38.35, out of a possible 50, to 44 this year.

Caddick Construction’s high scores have been accredited to:

•         Senior Management commitment to the Scheme

•         Staff training on the Scheme

•         Considerate Constructor Champions within the business to support sites

•         Site set up and branding guidelines to ensure all sites are uniform in their branding and representation of the business

•         Excellent management procedures throughout the business

•         Business commitment to CSR on projects and delivery through our in-house Social Value Manager

•         Excellent Environment and Safety management systems which are ISO accredited

•         Business commitment to provide workforce wellbeing both in the office and on site
