Caddick completes new Hyundai dealership project

Knottingley-headquartered Caddick Construction has completed a contract to build a new Evans Halshaw Hyundai showroom in Leeds.

The new showroom, located on the corner of Gelderd Road and Lowfields Road, was completed on behalf of automotive retailer Pendragon.

The new 12,249 sq ft dealership features a showroom, reception area, office space, workshop and wash and prep bays, designed to the latest corporate specifications, including Hyundai's flagship rainscreen aluminium cladding system.  It will showcase new Hyundai models as well as 130 used vehicles.

External works consisted of hard surfacing to external parking, as well as creating compound storage areas, associated drainage works and landscaping.

Andrew Murray, managing director at Caddick Construction, said: "This has been a great project for us to deliver and I'm really pleased that we've been able to wrap up before Christmas so that the new showroom can be fully operational in time for the New Year.
