Caddick Construction announces completion of eco-friendly car dealership

 Caddick Construction has completed the construction of a multi-million pound Evans Halshaw Vauxhall car dealership.

The construction team began work at the site on the corner of Gelderd Road and Leeds City Ring Road at the start of January, and completed the project on time last month.

The spacious 20,000 sq ft dealership houses a showroom, reception area and office space. The project has also achieved a Very Good BREEAM Rating through incorporation of low energy and high efficiency lighting and high efficiency heat pumps to heat and cool the showroom.  Photovoltaics on the roof contribute to 10% of the energy requirement, and solar controlled glazing panels in the showroom minimise solar gain.
