Caddick Construction complete work on Vangarde Retail Park in York

Following 36 weeks of construction on site, the £90 million Vangarde Retail Park in York is now complete.

Located alongside Monks Cross Retail Park, the new Retail Park is home to the city’s first John Lewis and a flagship Marks & Spencer store, with both retailers taking more than 130,000 sq ft of floor space on each side of a Next Store which completes the high profile retail premises.
