Caddick Construction Group has been appointed to the Procure Partnerships Framework, a move that will see the business grow its portfolio of public sector projects across the North East.
The appointment has seen Caddick Construction secure positions on two lots of the leading framework for construction projects in the North East valued between £5m and £15m or £30m and above.
Becoming one of Procure Partnerships Framework partners, Caddick Construction will join a network of contractors on Procure Partnerships UK-wide frameworks, all of which facilitate the efficient procurement of public sector building projects.
Procure Partnerships adds to Caddick Construction’s framework portfolio, which also includes NEPO’s newly launched £800m Construction Works Framework to which Caddick was appointed in June this year.
Expanding its framework presence forms part of Caddick Construction’s strategy to grow its regional presence in the North East as well as balancing its portfolio of public and private sector projects.
Paul Dodsworth, Managing Director of Caddick Construction Group, commented: “Our appointment to the Procure Partnerships Framework is first and foremost a mark of our shared commitment to delivering high quality projects that add value to clients.
“The Procure Partnerships Framework places a strong emphasis on generating social value through building works, and this has been a priority for Caddick Construction throughout its 40-year history. We look forward to working with the Procure Partnerships team to bring more projects through the framework and to delivering exceptional building work for public sector clients across the North East.”
A spokesperson for the Procure Partnership Framework added: “It was of paramount importance to us that the new framework addresses the growing needs of the industry, whilst ensuring clients have access to specialist contractors for their projects. As a result, we are delighted to have some new faces on the framework which will bring invaluable expertise to our clients and their projects. The new iteration of the framework is set to transform public and private sector procurement and we look forward to seeing what Caddick Construction achieves over the next four years.”
