Alderley Science Park, Cheshire

Caddick Construction was awarded the contract to refurbish Block 21 at the Alderley Science Park. The work consisted of the construction of a new steel frame entrance with revolving doors. The existing accommodation within Block 21 at basement, ground, first and part second floor levels was stripped out and fully refurbished to form new laboratories and an office facility for 'write ups'. The project also included external works such as alternations to the existing loading bay canape and facade improvements will be carried out.
