Caddick has recently completed the design and construction of Hudson Quarter in York, named after the previously known Hudson House to represent the site's heritage.
The works consisted of the construction of three concrete-framed residential blocks totalling 122,000 sq ft across 127 luxury apartments, a 34,500 sq ft steel framed Grade-A office space in a fourth building and 5,000 sq ft of other commercial space.
External works included associated hard and soft landscaping and 100 surface car parking spaces.
