Vida Court, Harrogate

Caddick were awarded the contract to design and build a new dementia care home in Harrogate providing 67,000 sq ft of both residential and specialist dementia care accommodation across 100 bedrooms. 

The works included the construction of eight individual and independent living houses, internal circulation areas for residents, all with level access to external gardens, communal space and health, and wellbeing facilities. 

The development included integrated high-quality office accommodation for the relocation of Vida Healthcare's Headquarters.
