Design and build of a high-quality steel framed 2,227 space, eight-storey car park. The project forms part of a travel plan for Alderley Park, which is designed to ease traffic congestion.
Materials used on the project were of high quality chosen to reflect the surrounding natural environment. Clad in vertical feature fins were used to mirror the cladding on surrounding buildings, elevations were further broken with a mix of facade treatments to provide visual interest, variation, and softness along the adjacent woodland, including a mix of a living green wall and climbing plant system.
The car park included disabled spaces and electric vehicle charging points. External works included landscaping work to improve the public realm, green space, pedestrian environment, and modifications will be made to existing onsite access roads.
