SKODA and SEAT, York

Caddick Construction undertook the demolition of the existing single storey showrooms and constructed an extension, which provided the space required for the SKODA and SEAT showrooms, with a first floor over an area of the extension for office space. An existing disused bungalow on the site was demolished which allowed a prime area of the site to be incorporated into the used car display area. The extensive refurbishment reflects the new face of SKODA and SEAT to create a better customer experience.
