The project saw the construction of a 50,000 sq ft retail park to house a new Lidl store, B&M store, and a third speculative retail unit.
The scheme comprises extensive public realm works including relaying of the paving in front of Skelmersdale Library, Nye Bevan Swimming Pool, and Concourse Shopping Centre. Also, a paved footpath and landscaped area to West Lancashire College.
