The scheme comprised the construction of a 119,588 sq ft industrial scheme located on the final plot at Gemini 8 Business Park in Warrington. 

The project involved the construction of 18 units over two terrace blocks, ranging in size from 3,875 sq ft to 16,479 sq ft with unit 18 being a 12,393 sq ft stand-alone detached unit. 

External works included hard standings, landscaping, car parking, drainage, drainage repairs, and any highways alternations required.
