Loaning Meadows Retail Park, Berwick-upon-Tweed

The work consists of the construction of 5 retail units and 2 drive-thru food units, totalling 70,000 sq ft and ranging in size from 18,500 to 37,000 sq ft.  These will house an Aldi foodstore, Iceland Food Warehouse, Home Bargains, Greggs and 2 drive thru's for KFC and Costa Coffee.

External works include a new access road, customer car parking with associated servicing for deliveries, the formation of a pedestrian link with the adjacent residential development, remodelling of existing ground levels, earthworks and drainage connections.
