Caddick has recently been awarded the contract to construct a new housing development in Pilsley, North East Derbyshire.
The project consists of the construction of 98 new homes of which 68 are for private sale and will be a mixture of bungalows, two, three, and four-bedroom homes, and 30 nr three-bedroom homes for shared ownership and affordable rent.
External works will include the construction of garages, roads, retaining walls, site-level adjustments, drainage, and new incoming services.
