Caddick Construction was appointed to deliver the design and construction of four industrial warehouse buildings at Stanley Green Trading Estate in Stockport, South Manchester.
The development included the design and construction of 11nr class E, B2 and B8 industrial units arranged in four buildings. Each will be completed with category A ancillary office accommodation to the first floor.
External works included a new access road, car park, landscaping, drainage and utilities provision.
The buildings were designed to achieve an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM Rating.
