Caddick were awarded the contract to design and build a new industrial unit for end user DPD to meet their need for more space.
The works comprised the construction of a steel-framed 62,286 sq ft warehouse unit incorporating offices.
External works included a service yard, vehicle parking to accommodate 20 HGVs and 181 vans, drainage, landscaping, and infrastructure works.
The project also consisted of the construction of a new trailer park to the North of Plot 100. The new distribution centre has replaced DPD’s existing premises.
