Caddick Construction Ltd completed the 720,920 sq ft flagship dairy development for Arla Foods Ltd in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The development comprised of; the main dairy (624,080 sq ft), Energy efficient state of the art office building (37,600 sq ft), Energy Centre (53,800 sq ft) and a Transport Office (5,380 sq ft) which were completed in 78 weeks.
