YARA, Ozone 2, Howden

Caddick has been appointed to build the UK's largest speciality fertiliser plant for Yara International. 

The works comprise the design and construction of a new 295,669 sq ft development, including a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, warehouses, distribution facilities and offices. 

The project includes landscaping the site's boundaries with native trees and shrubs planted to enhance biodiversity, contributing to the development's target BREEAM Very Good rating.
