Port Loop Phase 2b, Birmingham

Caddick Construction is currently engaged in constructing 58 new residential apartments, which will span six floors, including the ground level.

The building is organised into five separate cores, each equipped with its own communal lobby and lift, serving two apartments per core/floor.

The construction involves a steel frame structure with distinctive terracotta rainscreen cladding, large format windows, north-facing triangular rooflights, and external balconies, providing additional living space with views overlooking the canal. 

The project will be complemented by external hard and soft landscaping extending up to the canal footpath adjacent to the site.
