Lumina Village Phase B, Manchester

Caddick have been awarded the contract to construct 146 Nr apartments and 53 Nr townhouses in Trafford, Greater Manchester. The site is located next to the Old Trafford Cricket Ground and will comprise a combination of 1,2 and 3-bed properties. 

The project comprises the construction of three separate buildings, Blocks B, C and D, to incorporate ground floor retail space and external soft landscaping including paving works;

Block B -  7-storey building of 74 shared ownership apartments.
Block C -  53 Nr 2 and 3 storey affordable townhouses.
Block D -  6 storeys of 72 Nr affordable apartments. 

The apartment blocks will utilise a concrete frame solution and external façades which include a mixture of facing brickwork, curtain walling glazing, dark grey aluminium infill panels and louvres. The townhouses encompass a timber frame solution with a masonry external envelope.
