Deansgate Gardens, Bolton

Caddick have been appointed by Placefirst to undertake the construction of a new residential development on Central Street in Bolton. The project forms part of Placefirst’s initiative to deliver 167 new high-quality, sustainable homes for long-term private rent.

The scheme involves the design and construction of 111 Nr apartments across two distinct blocks, along with 56 Nr townhouses. The development is designed around a network of pedestrian priority streets, a spacious square, courtyards, rooftop terraces and residents’ private and communal gardens. 

Existing roads within the site will be upgraded as part of the scheme. Works also include the construction of a car park to the north of the townhouses, for the private use of residents.
