Kirkstall Training Ground, Leeds

Caddick Construction completed the 18-week programme of flood reinstatement works at Leeds Rhinos and Yorkshire Carnegie’s training ground at Kirkstall in Leeds which was completed devastated by 2015 Boxing Day floods. Caddick Construction implemented a complete transformation of the facility. The entire ground floor of the 14,500 sq ft training building was stripped out, redesigned and reinstated with flood protection to all areas, including submersible pumps, polymer rendered walls, resin floors and metal doors.
