Chesterfield Borough Council’s prestigious new Healthy Living Centre is situated on the main road going through Staveley and provides Staveley with a venue for health improvement, and many sports and leisure opportunities. The two-storey centre was constructed on a site confined by main roads, local businesses, traffic lights and a bus lay-by. Facilities include a 25m 6 lane swimming pool with adjustable floor and underwater lighting, 10m high indoor climbing wall, 150 station fitness suite gym, and 2 dance studios.
