Leeds United, East Stand

Following the successful completion of the new 1,200 seat banquet and exhibition facility at Leeds United’s Centenary Pavilion, Caddick Construction negotiated the East Stand project with Leeds United Football Club. The project comprised the creation of new hospitality areas, a new lift and central access core, kitchens, concessions, kiosks and the improvement of the upper terrace stand and seating with the construction of 28 new executive boxes, a museum space and associated external work and improvements.
