The Old College, Ripon

The works included complex construction solutions to ensure the Grade II listed building was sympathetically restored to its former glory. The scheme included forming 53 apartments along with associated communal areas and courtyards, car parks and external paved areas. The apartments were to a high quality and specification was a contemporary design and the scheme received an award from The Ripon Civil Society for the renovation.
