Felling Retail Park, Gateshead

Caddick Construction were awarded the contract to design and build a new Asda store in Gateshead. The project incorporated the demolition of a former housing office, Co-op supermarket and taxi office to make way for the new retail scheme. The development included a 29,000 sq ft Asda supermarket, 6 retail units including, a Boots Chemists, Subway, Card Factory, Greggs and a 197-space car park.
