Design and Construction of Vangarde Shopping Park which provides 339,000 sq ft of retail floor space in the Monks Cross area of York. The centre is home to York’s first John Lewis store and a flagship M&S store – both taking 130,000 sq ft spaces over two floors as well as Next. This park also includes Giraffe restaurant, Prezzo, Nandos, Caffè Nero, Hotel Chocolat. The whole complex has a large central car park.

What is constant in my experience of working with them is their ability to successfully manage the construction process through a clear understanding of the client's needs and an endless ability to take on board major tenant changes at Monks Cross, whilst still maintaining tight deadlines.
