The new Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park development created 120,000 sq ft of retail space and provided an exciting new destination for retailers and shoppers. The work comprised of the demolition of the existing BHS store to create a blank canvas for the design and construction of 16 no. retail unit shells including a management office, access roads and concrete service yards with secure gated access with lighting.
