Porsche Centre, Stockton on Tees

Caddick Construction undertook the refurbishment of two separate buildings on a plot with a shared access. Eveline House was previously used as an office building and Cochrane House was previously used as a warehouse and office building. Eveline House was totally stripped and redeveloped into a Porsche dealership and Cochrane House was transformed into a vehicle preparation and valeting area.
