Nearly 50% of Caddick’s registered developments have been awarded this recognition including:
Residential
Health Care Facilities
Industrial
Commercial
Caddick Construction has partnered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme for over five years, with each of its developments being registered from the offset and the Code of Considerate Practice implemented into all on-site processes. Across the board, Caddick’s average CCS site score sits at 44/45, exceeding the industry average of 40.
Paul Dodsworth, Caddick Construction Group MD, comments: “Building work on any construction site will always have an impact on the local community and our teams work hard to ensure that any impact felt is entirely positive. By engaging with the community, working with local charities and educational bodies, we’re able to deliver much more for the local area than simply the final build. To see 13 of our projects recognised by the CCS is fantastic to see and it's with thanks to every member on our on-site teams for making this possible.”
