We are thrilled that our project, Jubilee Gardens, for South Ribble Council won 'Residential Project of the Year' at the Insider Lancaster Property Awards 2025. The judges were impressed with its innovative design and focus on social impact linked to the scheme.

We were proud to take home a totla of 23 awards at the Considerate Constructors Scheme Annual Awards.
We received a total of 22 bronze and one silver award, outperforming our success in 2024.

The outstanding development of Hudson Quarter in York by Caddick Construction has been awarded the Constructing Excellence award at the Yorkshire Property Awards 2021. The scheme included the construction of three concrete-framed residential blocks across 127 luxury apartments, grade-A office and other commercial space.
