    • Paul Caddick

      Chairman

      Paul Caddick founded the business in 1979 and has guided its growth ever since.

      Under his leadership, the company has expanded across construction, design and build, development and property, creating a strong and diverse Group. Paul remains closely involved in the day-to-day work, supporting a trusted team of experts at board level and throughout the wider business.

    • Alexandra Hulme

      Non-Executive Director

      Alexandra began her property career in 1999, joining Caddick Developments in 2005 and then Caddick Construction in 2023. With over 20 years’ experience across agency, planning, development and construction, she brings a broad and balanced perspective to the business.

      As a Non-Executive Director, she works closely with internal teams and external clients, offering strategic guidance that supports strong decision-making, sustainable growth and long-term value across the Group.

    • Paul Dodsworth

      Construction Group Managing Director

      Paul began his construction career in 1983 as an Apprentice Bricklayer, since then he has progressed to senior leadership with over 40 years experience in the property and construction industry. Now responsible for all Construction Group activities, he leads a team of more than 400 people across the business.

      Paul brings a practical, hands-on approach with a strong focus on health and safety and a clear commitment to delivering projects professionally and to the highest standard. His steady leadership and attention to detail help ensure we consistently meet our clients’ expectations and continue to build trusted, long-term relationships.

    • Neil Trubshaw

      Construction Group Commercial Director

      With 30 years’ industry experience, Neil provides commercial leadership across our Construction, Facades and Civil Engineering businesses. As Construction Group Commercial Director, he creates strategies that align with the Group’s goals and values.

      His focus on long-term planning, growth and sound commercial discipline strengthens our market position and delivers lasting value, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships to support successful project delivery.

    • Steve Ford

      Regional Managing Director - Yorkshire & North East

      Steve is Regional Managing Director for Yorkshire and the North East, bringing over 20 years’ experience across commercial, education, infrastructure, retail, industrial, residential, and heritage sectors.

      He leads all regional operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Steve drives business growth, develops client relationships, and provides strategic leadership, fostering operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement across the region.

    • Ray O'Sullivan

      Regional Managing Director - Midlands

      Ray O’Sullivan is Regional Director for Caddick Construction’s Midlands operations, bringing over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.

      Since starting his career as an undergraduate engineer in 1996, he has delivered a wide range of projects and progressed into senior leadership. Ray oversees all aspects of project delivery ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction, while fostering team development, strong client relationships and sustainable growth across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

    • Dave Saville

      Regional Managing Director - North West

      With over 30 years in construction, Dave leads Caddick’s North West region as Regional Managing Director.

      He oversees strategic growth, operational delivery and a team of 160 professionals, ensuring every project reflects Caddick’s values of quality, integrity and innovation. His leadership drives collaboration, performance and lasting client relationships across all sectors.

      Operations Director

      As Operations Director, Steve oversees our work across Yorkshire and the North East, ensuring high standards in safety, delivery and client service.

      With a career that began in 1988 as an apprentice plasterer, he brings decades of practical experience. His collaborative approach supports teams, strengthens internal processes and drives operational excellence.

      Steve plays a key role in improving productivity, coordinating resources and helping the business grow in a steady, consistent way.

      Construction Director

      With over four decades in construction, Andrew brings calm leadership and deep expertise to every project.

      Since joining Caddick in 2019, he has overseen schemes across a wide range of sectors, supporting teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

      His focus on smart planning, teamwork and clear communication drives continuous improvement and ensures our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality and client satisfaction.

    • Richard Gaukrodger

      Construction Director

      Richard Gaukrodger is Construction Director at Caddick Construction, working in our Yorkshire & North East region.

      Since joining in 2001 as a Project Manager, he has progressed through senior roles to lead the planning, coordination, and management of all construction activities. Richard ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, working closely with teams, clients, and subcontractors.

      His hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge drive successful outcomes across complex construction programmes.

      Commercial Development Director

      Chris began his career as a Quantity Surveyor in 1990 before joining Caddick in 2001.

      Now Commercial Development Director, he leads pre-construction and drives strategic growth across Yorkshire & the North East. With over 30 years’ experience, Chris combines commercial expertise with strong client relationships to deliver sustainable success across all sectors.

      Supply Chain Director

      Andy is Construction Group Supply Chain Director at Caddick, bringing over 30 years’ experience in procurement and commercial roles across the construction industry.

      Since joining Caddick in 2023, he has led supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and reliability from suppliers to project delivery.

      Known for strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement, Andy builds strong supply chain relationships and plays a key role in keeping Caddick’s operations running smoothly across all sectors.

    • Helen Drennan

      Construction Group Business Development Director

      Helen joined Caddick in 2022, bringing extensive business development experience since 1996, including senior roles at Wates and Keepmoat.

      She leads all business development and work-winning across the Construction Group, managing key client relationships and strategic frameworks. Helen focuses on identifying new markets, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring business development aligns with company values. Her expertise in client engagement and continuous improvement supports Caddick’s competitive edge and long-term success.

      Construction Group Design Director

      Jason Clarke leads the design function at Caddick Construction Group bringing with him over 30 years’ experience in architecture and construction.

      Since starting his career in 1989, he has delivered high-profile commercial, mixed-use, and urban regeneration projects. Jason ensures design management, quality, and regulatory compliance meet the highest standards while working closely with project teams and clients to streamline processes, integrate innovative solutions, and support Caddick’s commitment to safe, sustainable, and future-proof developments.

    • Sue Currey

      Group Head of HR

      Sue brings over 20 years’ experience in HR and facilities management across multiple sectors.

      At Caddick, she leads the company’s people strategy, overseeing recruitment, employee development, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives.

      With a focus on fostering a positive, inclusive workplace, Sue ensures teams have the skills and support needed to thrive, driving continuous improvement and helping position Caddick as an employer of choice in the construction industry.

      Head of Frameworks

      Steve is Head of Frameworks at Caddick Construction Group, overseeing our participation in strategic public and private frameworks.

      With over a decade of experience in construction, he began his career in site and project management and has progressed through senior roles. Steve ensures framework operations are high-performing, compliant, and client-focused, managing everything from bid submissions and onboarding to performance monitoring and long-term client engagement.

      Business Development Director - Yorkshire & North East

      Emma has over 20 years’ experience across the construction and property sectors, specialising in work winning and account management for public and private clients.

      Responsible for the Yorkshire and North East regions, her strong organisational and communication skills help build lasting relationships and drive business growth.

      Business Development Director - Midlands

      Michelle is Business Development Manager for the Midlands, bringing over 20 years’ experience in the property and construction industry.

      She identifies new opportunities, builds strong client relationships, and drives sustainable growth for Caddick. With a background in supply chain and bid coordination, Michelle applies a strategic and focused approach to deliver value and ensure long-term success for both new and existing clients.

      Business Development Director - North West

      Joanne is a business development professional with over 20 years' experience in the construction industry.

      Since joining Caddick Construction in 2016, she has driven growth across the North West, expanding our regional presence and project portfolio. She builds strong client relationships, identifies new opportunities, and ensures a smooth, focused approach from initial contact to project completion.
