Biodiversity Net Gain

Protecting Natural Environments

We prioritise biodiversity net gain (BNG) across all projects, enhancing local ecology and supporting sustainable development. Our ISO 14001 accredited environmental management system guides the identification and management of environmental aspects and impacts to eliminate or reduce pollution. We apply measures to prevent dust, water, and light pollution, and we integrate sustainable design features to improve energy efficiency and reduce overall carbon footprints.

Carbon Reduction Plan

Pathway to Net Zero

We understand the importance of reducing the amount of carbon we use. Our Carbon Reduction Plan sets out our pathway to achieving net zero by 2050, building on a 2024 baseline of 5,637.7 tCO₂e.

The plan focuses on reducing emissions across our operations, projects and supply chain through responsible energy use, renewable power, low-carbon materials and efficient design. With clear interim targets we’re committed to delivering sustainable growth and meaningful carbon reduction across every part of our business.
