Caddick Civil Engineering’s Assistant Site Manager, Harvey Fenton, has been recognised as one of the region's brightest young professionals after being named amongst the prestigious Leeds and West Yorkshire Top 30 Under 30 winners.
Currently studying construction management at degree level at the University of the Built Environment, Harvey joined Caddick in September 2023 as an Apprentice Site Manager, initially working on Keepmoat Homes’ development in Thurnscoe, South Yorkshire. He completed his Level 4 HNC in Construction Site Supervision in September 2025 and has progressed to Assistant Site Manager at Caddick’s Burnholme development in York delivering zero-carbon homes.
Through his apprenticeship and in his current role, Harvey has been tasked with overseeing work, ensuring the smooth, safe and on-time delivery of on-site activity, which has challenged him to learn quickly within a live environment.
Harvey now joins the 2026 cohort of the Leeds and West Yorkshire Top 30 Under 30, which celebrates the best young talent and future leaders across the region and honours exceptional individuals, and their impact in their respective fields.
Harvey's selection highlights his dedication, skill and commitment to excellence within the civil engineering sector, and follows on from the success of his colleague, Tyler Collins, who was named one of Leeds and West Yorkshire’s Top 30 under 30 in 2025.
This successive achievement highlights Caddick Civil Engineering's commitment to nurturing and developing outstanding young talent. Harvey will be celebrated alongside his fellow winners at an annual celebration event, to be held in October.
