Caddick Civil Engineering Appoints North East Construction Director

Caddick Civil Engineering has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Lee Brown as Construction Director, a new role that forms part of the business’ expansion in the North East.

Lee joins Caddick Civil Engineering from N&T Civils, bringing with him over three decades of experience in construction and civil engineering and extensive knowledge of the region.

Having started his career as a joiner working across all disciplines, Lee progressed into management roles from his early twenties. He spent 20 years at Tilbury Douglas with a focus on construction before moving to civil engineering contractors. These included Arrowbuild & Civil Engineering Ltd, Applebridge and Tolent.

Based at Caddick’s Durham office, Lee will utilise his experience within the region to strategically grow the business’ workload, identify new opportunities and expand its client base across the North East.

His primary responsibilities will also include overseeing the delivery and completion of projects, coordinating the business’ internal staff and external labour resources across multiple active sites, along with managing the local supply chain.

Lee’s appointment signals a clear commitment from Caddick Civil Engineering to deepen its roots and increase its footprint in the region's growing infrastructure and development market.
