Caddick Recognised With Multiple Awards For Considerate Construction

Caddick Construction has been recognised for industry-leading standards in considerate construction, winning a prestigious Gold Award alongside 13 accolades at the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards.

Leading the achievements was the team at SOYO D in Leeds, which received the Gold Award for outstanding performance. The project, a 291-bedroom student living scheme delivered for Moda Living, received the award in honour of the team’s partnership with Bishop Young Academy, where Caddick is helping to develop a new Construction GCSE.

Further strengthening Caddick’s position as a high CCS performer, the contractor also received a Silver Award for The Ark, an industrial development in Greater Manchester, as well as 11 Bronze Awards across its regional sites.

A registered partner of the CCS for the past seven years, Caddick has built a strong track record, regularly achieving outstanding inspection scores of 45 thanks to the dedication of its site teams, supported by a proactive and highly engaged social value team.

The CCS National Site Awards recognises projects that go above and beyond in community engagement, environmental responsibility and workforce wellbeing. Caddick’s strong performance reflects a culture of care and a commitment to ensure every project delivers lasting social value.

Judges also highlighted Caddick’s commitment to sustainability and positive site culture, with initiatives that foster safe, inclusive working while actively reducing environmental impact.

Paul Dodsworth, Caddick Construction Group Managing Director, commented:

“I’m incredibly proud to see so many of our sites being praised by the CCS at a national level.
