Caddick Secures Place On Landmark £208m Extra Care Framework

Caddick Construction has expanded its regional framework portfolio with its appointment to Karbon Homes’ major new £208m multi-supplier construction framework.

The appointment will support the delivery of specialist extra care and supported housing developments across the North East and Yorkshire, with a focus on modern, high-quality schemes ranging from 80 to 150 apartments alongside broader residential developments.

This latest success reflects Caddick’s continued strategic growth across public sector and affordable housing procurement routes, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner for large-scale housing providers across the North.
